- Yarn Preparation & Selection
We source high-grade combed cotton, bamboo, modal, and synthetic yarns from certified suppliers. Yarns are prepared in climate-controlled conditions to maintain fiber integrity. - Knitting
Socks are knitted on state-of-the-art Italian circular knitting machines, enabling high-speed production with excellent stitch quality and pattern definition. - Linking & Toe Closing
We use both automatic and hand-linking machines depending on the product line (casual, dress, or performance socks) to ensure smooth, irritation-free toe seams. - Boarding & Shaping
Post-knitting, socks are steam-boarded using Italian boarding presses to provide consistent shape, size accuracy, and a refined final appearance. - Quality Control
Each batch undergoes multi-level quality checks: visual inspection, durability testing, and stretch recovery control to meet international export standards. - Packaging & Labeling
Final products are packaged according to customer specifications — including custom labeling, barcode tagging, and sustainable packaging options.
